Who are we?

We have developed a strong reputation for delivering technically demanding schemes, particularly where quality, sensitivity and attention to detail are essential. This includes both bespoke new build developments and complex refurbishment and heritage projects, often within live or constrained environments.

NCL undertakes projects with values of up to £7 million, enabling the business to support new build developments, complex refurbishments and larger capital works. The company is recognised for the quality of its workmanship and finish, an approach acknowledged through success at the Norfolk Design and Craftsmanship Awards. 

This focus on quality is driven by experienced site and management teams, robust internal processes and commitment to delivering projects that meet client requirements.

This approach is further strengthened by NCL’s delivery model. Most the company’s Site Managers are former tradespeople, bringing practical, hands-on experience and a strong understanding of buildability, sequencing and quality control. NCL is also supported by its own directly employed trades, including carpenters, bricklayers and decorators, enabling greater control over workmanship, programme and on-site standards.
